Am I able to return an item?


Absolutely, we accept returns up to 14 days after the order was placed. A full refund may be processed as long as the product remains unopened and unused. Please reach out via the form in the contact area of our website to request a refund and we will take care of the rest!




How long does it take for my order to arrive?


We aim to process and package your orders within 12 hours, so that they can be in transit within 24 hours. Depending on your delivery option, we aim to have your items with you within 5 working days. If there are any delays, please let us know and we will work to resolve this on an individual basis.




What if there is a problem with my order?


If your order is not as you expected, please contact us with photographs as soon as you can! We want to ensure that you receive everything (and more) that you expected from eyexpress, and so we are grateful for your time in providing feedback so that we may improve our service.




Can I suggest new products?
